Weekapaug Inn’s lead bartender and master mixologist Jennifer Hoxie crafted this cleverly named cocktail for your enjoyment this month. Stop by the Inn to enjoy one of our speciality martinis, or mix up an Absinthe Minded in the comfort of your own kitchen.
1 oz. Greenhook Ginsmiths Old Tom Gin
1 oz. Lillet Blanc
1 oz. Combier
1.5 oz. Sour Mix
Splash of St. George Absinthe
Star Anise for Garnish
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with star anise. Enjoy!
