Dean’s Fireside Toddy
2 Orange Wedges
1 ounce Simple Syrup
Pinch of Crushed Cloves
1 ounce Hennessy Very Special Cognac
1 ounce Clement Créole Shrubb Liqueur
4 ounces Hot Water
Muddle 2 orange wedges, simple syrup and cloves. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Pour into coffee mug and garnish with orange zest.
