Each month, one of our talented beverage connoisseurs from Ocean House and Weekapaug Inn share their choice drink of the moment.

This fan favorite has been recognized by guests and notable publications alike as an Ocean House staple. In The Weeds, with its playful name and bright flavors, is the brainchild of our bartender, Dean, and Director of Food & Beverage, Jonathan Feiler. House-made syrup and high-quality ingredients make it the perfect accompaniment to an al fresco meal or a Watch Hill sunset. 

Floating rounds of cocktails permeate the garden outside, until the air is alive with chatter & laughter.

In The Weeds

1 1/2 oz Nolets Gin
1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1/2 oz House-made Tarragon & Juniper Berry Tea Syrup
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Zest of Lime

Assemble ingredients in a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass garnished with fresh tarragon and lime wheel. Enjoy.
