Spray Rock Rickey
1.5 ounces Malfy Lemon Gin
1.5 ounces Black Currant Syrup
Fever Tree Bitters
Lime Twist and Juniper Berries, for garnish
Prepare chilled highball glass. Combine gin and syrup in shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into glass. Top with bitters and lemon soda, and garnish with a lime twist and juniper berries. Enjoy!
