Say hello to Weekapaug Inn’s Spring Fling, crafted by head bartender and master mixologist, Jennifer Hoxie. Crisp, clean and ultra-refreshing thanks to cucumber and mint, it’s the perfect way to slowly sip away the late-spring heat.
1.5 ounces Rime Organic Vodka
Splash of simple syrup
Fever Tree Club Soda
3 cucumber slices, cut into quarters
5 mint leaves
In a highball glass, muddle cucumber and mint with simple syrup. Fill glass with ice. Combine remaining ingredients, finishing with Fever Tree Club Soda. Stir to separate muddled ingredients. Garnish with cucumber slice and mint leaf. Enjoy!
