Foodie Feature: COAST by Jennifer Backman

Warm weather brings new endeavors – at least that’s what we strive for at Ocean House!

We’re thrilled to welcome Jennifer Backman back to Ocean House as Chef de Cuisine of our brand new fine-dining restaurant, COAST by Jennifer Backman, following tenures at Weekapaug Inn and Spicer Mansion. (To learn more about Chef Jen, please click here.)

COAST will open this summer, replacing Seasons as our on-property fine-dining restaurant, serving dinner Wednesday through Sunday. In addition to dinner service, the Bistro will now be the main venue for breakfast and lunch. Replete with a refreshed concept and new décor, COAST will feature a four-course dinner menu of classically inspired, farm-to-table cuisine of the Atlantic Northeast. Optional caviar and cheese courses can be added to the experience for a total of six courses, and selections change daily to reflect the finest and freshest local ingredients.
