After a brief summer hiatus, two of our favorite culinary events return this September. Although unique in their own regards, both the Farm + Vine Dinner and the Brewmaster’s Social Series feature taste bud-tantalizing food and hand-selected drinks that make the meal.
On Wednesday, September 7th, join us at Ocean House for this month’s Farm + Vine Dinner featuring Chef Matt Jennings of Townsman in Boston. Working alongside the Ocean House culinary team, Chef Matt will create a scrumptious four-course meal utilizing hyper-local ingredients from Ward’s Berry Farm. Menu items include Heirloom Tomato Salad, Scallop Mortadella and Pressed Pork Shoulder. Each course is expertly paired with Quintessa wines to enhance the flavors of the dish and overall experience. Representatives from Ward’s Berry Farm and Meaghan Becker, general manager of Quintessa, will be in attendance to say a few words about their featured products.
