Earlier this summer we teased that COAST by Jennifer Backman would replace Seasons as Ocean House’s on-property fine-dining restaurant, and we’re pleased to announce that COAST is officially open and accepting reservations post-Labor Day!
We’re thrilled to welcome Jennifer Backman back to Ocean House as Chef de Cuisine following tenures at Weekapaug Inn and Spicer Mansion. (To learn more about Chef Jen, please click here.)
COAST will serve dinner Wednesday through Sunday from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. In addition to dinner service, the Bistro will now be the resort’s main venue for breakfast and lunch. Replete with a refreshed concept and new décor, COAST features a four-course dinner menu of classically inspired, farm-to-table cuisine of the Atlantic Northeast.
I want to create a truly memorable encounter for our diners by preparing the freshest, most precious ingredients our area has to offer, presented in a way that they have not yet experienced.
