On May 4th, Chef Kevin O’Donnell travels from SRV in Boston to host this month’s Farm + Vine Dinner. The evening begins in the Center for Wine & Culinary Arts with an intimate wine and hors d’oeuvres reception with Chef Kevin and representatives from Flowers Winery and Hopkins Southdown Farm. Using ultra fresh ingredients from the highlighted farm, Chef Kevin and the Ocean House culinary team craft a delicious four-course, farm-to-table meal paired with wines carefully selected for the occasion by the winery representative and the Ocean House Sommelier.
Guests will have the opportunity to engage in one on one conversations with food and wine enthusiasts, local farmers and other like-minded foodies.
