Following Chef Jacob’s trip to Eden Roc for The Grand Dinner in April, Chef Gianluca takes his turn at June’s culinary spectacular. On June 23rd, Ocean House transforms as Chef Gianluca and the Seasons culinary team collaborate to create a gastronomic affair bursting with bright summer savors. Carefully crafted canapés and five inspired courses highlight a fusion of fresh local ingredients and traditional Caribbean flavors that will excite your taste buds and delight your senses. Indulge in picturesque views of the Atlantic at the Moët Hennessy champagne reception before being seated at Seaside Terrace for your meal. As the sun dips below the horizon, savor each of Chef Gianluca’s creations and our Sommelier’s expert selection of paired wines. Afterwards, enjoy after-dinner cordials and fine cigars in the comfort of a plush lounge chair on the terrace, or wander down to Below Deck for a sweet treat.
