Try a digital detox in February. Disconnect from your electronics for a period of time each day – ten minutes to an hour – and be mindful of the people you’re with, wherever you may be. While it doesn’t sound challenging, taking some quiet time to reset and escape blue lights and buzzing will make a positive impact on your day.
Take some time, take deep breaths, stretch your hands, neck, and back, and take a moment to get in touch with your surroundings. You’ll be glad you did.
