With over 8,000 bottles of wine carefully tucked away in Ocean House’s Center for Wine & Culinary Arts, choosing the perfect glass to accompany your meal can seem like a daunting – if not impossible – task. Liquid Farm’s “White Hill” Chardonnay comes to us from Santa Rita Hills, California. Liquid Farm is leading a trend among Californian producers to create Chardonnay in a less oaked, more mineral and Burgundy style. It was first released in 2009, and we’re fortunate to have the 2014 appellation on our list. We also offer Liquid Farm’s richer, more voluptuous offering, “Golden Slope,” equivalent to a Meursault.
