In case you missed it, in April, Ocean House’s Chef Jacob Jasinski was invited to stay and cook at Eden Roc at Cap Cana, an absolutely stunning Relais Châteaux property in the Dominican Republic.
In between days spent dodging motorbikes at authentic local markets, dining and trading ideas with the incredibly kind management team, and soaking up every ounce of warmth, Chef Jacob and Eden Roc’s Chef Ginaluca Re Fraschini collaborated in the kitchen to prepare what was one of the most memorable culinary events we’ve ever had the pleasure of being a part of.
